Job Introduction

Agincare are offering an exciting opportunity to European nationals that are not currently based in the UK to join our Home Care function on skilled worker visas.

We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, providing support to live independently in their own homes.

Hours: Full time

Location: Various locations across England

  • £10-14 per hour depending on location
  • Paid induction training
  • Free police check & free uniform
  • Refer a friend scheme - up to £500
  • Support with accommodation and transport
  • Mileage £0.35p per mile

About the Role

A typical day in the life of a Care Assistant will help support our customers in a variety of ways depending on their needs, this could include, providing personal care, medication management, light domestic duties, meal preparation, shopping & companionship.

About You

You will be passionate and motivated to provide outstanding person-centred care. Previous experience in a professional role providing care is desirable.

  • You will need to have a full, clean driving licence (EU or UK).
  • You will need to be able to evidence a good level of English comprehension, speaking and writing.
