Job Introduction
As Agincare continues to grow at pace, we’re creating an exciting new role to strengthen our operational support function. We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer, providing high-level administrative and project support at the heart of our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-driven individual who is eager to learn, naturally curious, and keen to make a real impact. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to how a growing organisation operates, develop a deep understanding of our operations, and play a key role in turning strategic plans into action.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling priorities, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the Role
Working closely with the COO and wider leadership team, you’ll combine administrative excellence with hands-on project support. You’ll help keep projects on track, ensure actions are followed through, and support the smooth and effective running of our operations.
Your role will include:
- Executive & administrative support – arranging meetings, preparing agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Project support – creating and maintaining project trackers and spreadsheets, monitoring progress, and chasing updates
- Information & data management – collecting information, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate documentation for senior review
- Action tracking – following up on agreed actions across teams to ensure accountability and delivery
- Operational insight – staying engaged with day-to-day operations, asking questions, and proactively building understanding
- Collaboration – working closely with the COO and Directors to support strategic priorities
- Site visits – travelling to Agincare locations when required to support projects and build strong working relationships
About You
You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You’ll enjoy bringing structure to complexity and take satisfaction in keeping things moving.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and highly organised, with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting projects, including maintaining trackers, chasing updates, and following up actions
