Agincare Bristol are looking a Field Care Supervisor to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, providing support to live independently in their own homes around your local area and community. 

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum

Hours: Full time & including weekends

Location: Bristol and surrounding areas

About the Role

The role of Field Care Supervisor is to work under the direction of the Care Co-ordinator and Branch Manager, implement systems to ensure that a domiciliary care service is delivered meeting and exceeding legislative standards, and in accordance with company equal opportunities and health & safety policy

You will support our clients and care workers, carrying out care plan reviews and staff support, dealing with GP's, Social Workers, and next of kin, dealing with concerns and complaints and contacting your clients weekly.

About You

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will need to have;

  • Previous experience of Social Care, Supervisor or Assessor.
  • Sound knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework and a Health & Social Care professional qualification would be an advantage.
  • Full, valid UK / EU driving licence; Your own vehicle for work purposes and able to travel around the region;
  • Highly organised and great communication skills - written and verbal;
