You’ll personally lead on recruitment for some salaried and corporate roles, using a creative blend of advertising, direct sourcing, and strategic headhunting to secure exceptional candidates. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll be a champion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement—driving forward initiatives that elevate both the candidate journey and stakeholder experience.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and bring energy and optimism to everything you do, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Recruitment Business Partners to deliver consistently high-quality recruitment support.
  • Driving proactive recruitment strategies and overseeing performance to meet key hiring targets.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and shape effective recruitment plans.
  • Managing salaried and corporate recruitment campaigns using a mix of advertising, direct sourcing, and headhunting.
  • Allocating recruitment resources effectively across business areas to respond to changing priorities.
  • Championing a “customer-first” mindset—ensuring hiring managers and candidates receive a professional, engaging, and seamless experience.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Providing expert advice on best practice recruitment, policies, and procedures.
  • Using data, trends, and insights to improve operational performance and inform decision-making.
  • Supporting employer brand initiatives and representing Agincare at careers and networking events.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing recruitment operations, ideally in a multi-site or complex organisation.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting abilities across varied role types.
  • A successful track record in leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High levels of organisation, proactivity, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, optimism—and a solution-focused mindset.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of CQC and Ofsted requirements.

Why Agincare?
