About the role

As an Onboarding Associate, you will supporting and collaborating within Recruitment Officers, supporting all of our care departments by managing all applicants and guiding candidates through their onboarding journey ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages. 

You will be:

  • The first contact that most applicants have with Agincare and as such they must represent the company professionally and respond to applicants / candidates promptly
  • Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including obtaining and verifying references, DBS checks, booking training, and verifying Right to Work in the UK documentation
  • Building and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders

About You

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or recruitment administrator.

As an Onboarding Associate, we are looking for people who;

  • Have extensive experience in a customer focused, fast paced recruitment role and have the Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Understand people and establish individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
